If you have lost your phone, lost access to your 2FA, or it's not working for whatever reason, we have a backup way to recover your 2FA (6-digit pin codes). During the login process just click "Not working? Click here to reset" under the authenticator login as shown below:
You will then be prompted to complete a selfie in order to reset the 2FA on your account. Once your selfie has been reviewed by our ID team, you will be able to sign back into your Swan account without 2FA. Then, if you so desire, you can set your 2FA back up again from scratch.
For mobile:
As a note, if you are already logged into your mobile device using FaceID, navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom right of your app:
In your settings tap on the Two-factor authentication slider to toggle it off, then follow the instructions to reset 2FA on your account. At the time being, you need to reset your 2FA using Swan.com and not using the mobile app. If you get stuck, please send in a ticket and our team will help you.
