Swan Vault Plus adds live human verification to Bitcoin withdrawals initiated from the Swan Vault dashboard.
Swan Safe Plus adds live human verification to all Bitcoin and USD withdrawals from Swan accounts.
How does the live video verification work?
When Swan Vault Plus or Swan Safe Plus is added, we meet with you on a video call to establish a secure identity baseline video. When a withdrawal is requested, you complete a short live video call with Swan’s security team to confirm your identity and intent. Withdrawals are relocked after one withdrawal is completed or 24 hours passes.
Will this slow down withdrawals?
Swan Vault Plus and Swan Safe Plus add an intentional step before withdrawals are completed. This is by design. The goal is to add reassurance and reduce risk at the moment assets move.
