No. Swan will never set up your hardware wallet, generate keys, or touch your seed phrase. We consult on best practices and tradeoffs, you make decisions and take actions.
Does Swan provide hands-on technical support?
No. Sovereign is advisory only. We provide educational guidance, not hands-on setup. You implement; we guide.
Is Swan Sovereign financial or investment advice?

Does Swan hold my keys or Bitcoin with Sovereign?

What if I sign up for Sovereign but decide to use Swan Vault?
That's a common path. If Vault turns out to be the better fit, you can add Vault and your rep can cancel your Sovereign subscription.
I already pay $25/month for Swan Private. Do I need to do anything?
No. Existing Private clients already paying the $25/month fee are automatically grandfathered into Swan Sovereign. Nothing changes with your billing, and you gain the added Sovereign benefits. Clients in this cohort already received an email with these details.
