If you are able to log in with your original email (fastest)
- Log in with your original email at https://app.swanbitcoin.com/login
- Go to your Settings Page
- Request an email change, and follow the directions in your email to verify your identity.
If you are unable to access your original email
- Fill out our support form. Under "What can we help you with?" make sure to select "Login > Change email address".
- We will respond to your support email with an identity verification request so that we can process your email change.
Please allow our agents 1-2 business days to finish processing your email change prior to logging in with your new email.
Please do not access your account using your new email until we let you know to do so. Using your new email to log in prematurely will result in the creation of a new account rather than access to your old account.
