Recurring purchase plans funded by ACH:
For most of our customers, your recurring purchase plan is executed as soon as we initiate a bank transfer to fund it. For daily plans, your first purchase is executed immediately the remaining six daily purchases before your next funding transfer generally executes at roughly the same time each day. We cannot guarantee daily execution at the exact same time each day due to delays with bank transfer initiation, trading desk, or our custodial partner. We do not time purchases to try to pay the market, nor do we charge a high price to our customers, but purchase Bitcoin at a lower price ourselves and keep the difference. The price of your recurring buy is the best price we are able to get at the moment the recurring buy executes.
Regardless of your plan frequency, it will continue to execute indefinitely until you pause or change it. Additionally, if there is an issue at your bank (e.g. insufficient funds) your plan will be paused until you correct the issue.
For the sake of visual simplicity, your Bitcoin purchase's exact time is not shown in your dashboard. However, if you would like to see the times your Bitcoin was purchased, you can download the CSV of your purchase and deposit history. To do so, scroll down the Swan dashboard and click the "Download Deposits and Purchases CSV" button as seen below.
The "Download Deposits and Purchases CSV has a variety of valuable information that you can use to cross-check purchases (sample image below).
