ACH and wires are handled by our custodial partner. We are only able to connect ACH payments and receive wires from banks located inside the US. Your bank account name must match the name on your Swan account.
We are currently not able to connect with the following banks:

Chime Debit Card

The Bankcorp Bank
Federal Credit Union
If you have multiple bank accounts, we recommend using CitiBank or US Bank.
