If you need to edit your account's name or address information, please submit a new ticket here selecting "Updating my contact information" and the information that you would like to change.
To update your account address, we need a document that shows your name and address, dated within the past 90 days. You may submit a cell phone or utility bill, bank statement, or similar.
To update your account name, we need an ID (driver license or Passport) that is updated with the most recent name or an original name change document (marriage license, divorce decree, legal name change document).
