If you are able to log in with your original email (faster)
- Log in with your original email.
- Go to your Settings Page.
- Request a phone change, by clicking the "Change Phone" button as shown below. From there you will be guided through an ID check to confirm your identity before we allow your phone number to change over.
If you are unable to sign in to your account (slower)
- Fill out our support form. Under "What can we help you with?" make sure to select "Login > Change Phone Number.
- We will respond to your support email with an identity verification request so that we can process your email change.
