If you have lost access to your phone and you wish to add two-factor authentication to your account, you must change your phone number on file with Swan. To do so, please open a ticket with our support team here.
In your support ticket, please set the "About" as "Login>>Change Phone Number". Then include the phone number you wish to change over to and set the subject as "Phone Change". Our support team will respond to you during business hours with an ID check, and then we can get your phone number switched over!
