Swan does not touch or control your funds, so the "Q" code in your wiring instructions tells Prime Trust where to place funds. As per our wiring instructions on your dashboard, it is critical that this field appears in the field that will be forwarded to the recipient/beneficiary. If it is missing, your wire will go into a shared account and Prime Trust will manually assign it to your account, which may take 5 business days or more. Please notify us if your wire has not arrived within 24 hours and we will open a support request with Prime Trust.
