Try the following:
1.) Make sure you're checking the correct email address inbox.
2.) Refresh your email and check your spam and promotions folder for a message from "firstname.lastname@example.org". Make sure both "email@example.com" and "firstname.lastname@example.org" are whitelisted from any spam restrictions on your email account and add both email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact lists.
3.) If you are located outside the US, please make sure you are using a VPN that is routed through the United States. We are currently blocking some countries' IP addresses from logging into our site.
Occasionally, our carrier service has a small delay in sending the passcode email. If you do not see the passcode within 5 minutes, you can reach out to our support team.
If this delay in receiving the passcode seems to be a persistent issue, consider changing your email address to a different domain name. Most times if you have a unique domain name, our carrier service has trouble sending login email.
Changing your email address to a Protonmail or Gmail account works very well with our carrier service.
