Try the following:
1.) Please check your spam folder for a message from "hello@swanbitcoin.com". Make sure that the email address and "noreply@primetrust.com" are whitelisted from any spam restrictions on your email account, and add both hello@swanbitcoin.com and noreply@primetrust.com to your contact lists.
2.) If you are located overseas, make sure you are using a VPN that is routed through the United States. We are currently blocking international IP addresses from logging into our site.
