If you tried to withdraw your Bitcoin, but the withdrawal confirmation from our custodian. expired before you could confirm it, no worries. You can easily send yourself another withdrawal confirmation link.
Sign in to your Swan account, and scroll down in your Swan dashboard to the "Withdrawal History" section. There should be a resend link right there (shown below) that allows you to resend an active confirmation email. If you do not see this link, it may be because your withdrawal has been pending and unconfirmed for 10 days, at which point we cancel the withdrawal. If that's the case, please reinitiate a new withdrawal from scratch.
