If you do not receive the SMS text from Swan, please try the following steps:
- Restart your phone.
- Change your location to an area with better service or try connecting to Wi-Fi.
- Initiate a text confirmation again.
If these steps do not work, please contact support by submitting a ticket under "Onboarding >> Other" and provide the cell number that is not receiving texts. In the ticket, please let us know if you have a WhatsApp account, which we can use as a backup confirmation method.
