If you never receive the SMS text from Swan, first, restart your phone. Second, change your location to a place with better service or try connecting to wifi. Finally, try reinitiating a text confirmation.
If that still doesn't work please contact support by submitting a ticket under "Onboarding >> Other" listing the cell number that you are using that is not receiving texts. In that ticket, please let us know if you have a WhatsApp account, which we can use as a backup confirmation method. In the meantime, please download WhatsApp and create an account so we can send that backup confirmation to you.
