If you were charged multiple annual fees, it was likely because you first signed up for a smaller annual prepaid plan, and then later increased your plan size. We charged you one fee for the first plan, and then a second, prorated fee (taking into account your previous fees) for your increased plan size.
If you saved and submitted a smaller plan and then a moment later resaved and submitted a larger plan, you will still see two separate charges on your bank account as our systems recognized those as two separate plans.
