The Swan login process does not use passwords. Instead, we use one-time passcodes sent to your email.
To log in please enter your email here and we'll send a one-time passcode to your email. If you do not immediately receive the email, please check your spam folders or promotions tab for any messages from firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive the email, click on it and then input the 4-digit passcode in the resulting browser window.
If you have two-factor authentication on your account, you will then be prompted to input the six-digit authenticator passcode that is generated from your authenticator app. Once you enter the current code you can log in to your Swan account.
If you do not have two-factor authentication set up on your account yet, then as soon as you enter your one-time passcode via email, you will be logged in.
